Cala Estaca is the name given to a small beach at the south of Torrevieja, within the boundaries of Orihuela. It is there that we dsicovered the natural treasure and the enormous possibilities of the aera, already 20 years ago.

There were only a few houses at the seaside, La Zenia, Punta Prima, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and there was the village, Torrevieja, with its fishermen and its salt lakes. We started and grew out in Playa Flamenca, living the different phases of development of the real estate business. Nowadays there are a lot of urbanisations with all kinds of apartments, villas, shops.

That is how Cala Estaca, s.l. started up. We make different houses, incorporating the sun, the light and the landscape. We use the natural elements of this privileged area, creating very special and healthy homes where everyday things turn out to be marvelous. We aim for harmony between human needs, technology, aesthetics and ecology.
Many years of experience in management and maintenance of all kinds of holidays houses, and sales management waked in our small family team the desire of creating promotions that summarize all small details and big decisions that our clients and we wished to have taken, or missed in all these constructions.
